Unfortunately I was very disappointed. Although many of the staff were friendly and considerate some were not. The corridor going to my room was dirty. They cleaned it when I was leaving. I was there for 3 nights. The bed was very uncomfortable which I expressed. I asked for comforters and was begrudgingly given 2. I asked the next day and was given 2 more but one was dirty. The smell was horrible. I put it on the bottom and covered it with another comforter and sheet. I felt quite ill. The young men who gave me the dirty blanket were all smiles. It was disconcerting. When I first arrived I went to the pool and a staff member approached me from behind and told me I owed 50000 rupees for a Gold investment. I said no and told the front desk. Although this same person helped me with a coconut I never could really relax in her presence. I witnessed a staff member hitting a dog. He stopped when I told him to but again it was uncomfortable. There is a pregnant cat who looks and acts distressed. Hungry. I did tell the staff. There were things beyond LeMiami’s control such as construction. Also there was load speaker chanting praying that sometimes went on and on and other times only for a minute or so. It was unpredictable. Serenity beach is very dirty and you cannot swim in it. Also there are a lot of stray dogs so I was uncomfortable walking. The food was great but the coffee was not. They use instant. There were no close coffee shops that I could find. Because they call themselves a Spa and advertise that comfort is their priority I chose to stay there. I would not stay there again. I submitted a video to LeMiami and now it has disappeared from my photos. They rejected my review.

Exceptional Service and Spacious Villas!

We had a wonderful two-night stay! The resort is exceptionally well-maintained, neat, and tidy. The food was delicious, the swimming pool was pristine, and there was plenty of parking space.

The highlight of our trip was the service. Manager Narendra was incredibly helpful and supportive; he arranged a scooty and hassle-free auto commutes on very short notice. We originally booked three rooms, but since a villa became available, Narendra upgraded us to a spacious 3-BHK duplex villa for a very minimal charge.

Pros:

Outstanding hospitality (Special thanks to Narendra!).

Clean, large duplex villas.

Great food and pool facilities.

Cons:

Serenity Beach is about 1km away.

No sea view from the resort or terrace.

Overall, a highly recommended stay for the service alone!

This resort in Pondicherry is truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding—warm, welcoming, and very professional. The food was absolutely delicious with great quality and taste in every meal. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making the stay very relaxing. Overall, everything from the service to the stay experience was top-class. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pondicherry and looking for the perfect getaway!

The resort gives a very peaceful, boutique feel. Night lighting on the property looks beautiful, and the pool area is well thought out. Food was a surprise highlight - fresh, flavorful, and plated like a proper fine-dine. Staff were genuinely courteous and made the stay smooth. Perfect for a quiet getaway. A beautiful stay indeed! Just what you would want when you are on vacation, comfort, facilities, services and great food. The 24x7 restaurant facility, the staff availability all were beyond our expectations. It is a great property situated near Serenity Beach. It is just 5 kms from French Colony and city center. Our host, Narendra Ji was really helpful and co-operative. He gave us the best suggestions for things to do in Puducherry and helped us plan our itinerary really well. The whole staff was really helpful. Kudos to the staff's team work and efforts in carrying out all the activities. It is a great stay and would recommend anyone visiting here to stay here. Thank you all for your hospitality!

Our stay in Pondicherry was nothing short of wonderful, and the credit truly goes to the amazing team who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

Shiva, who managed our stay, was absolutely delightful and surprised us with a room upgrade, setting the tone for a memorable experience right at the start. Kalpana at the reception was quick, efficient, and always ready to help, making every interaction smooth and pleasant. A special mention to Khushboo, who ensured our room was immaculately clean every single day her attention to detail was flawless. Chef Narendran deserves heartfelt appreciation for being constantly on his toes, catering to every food request with care, taste, and warmth.

The overall cleanliness of the property was exceptional, the staff was genuinely friendly, and every small or big requirement was fulfilled without hesitation. The warm greetings, welcoming smiles, and refreshing welcome drink made us feel valued and relaxed from the very beginning.

Truly grateful to each and every staff member for their hospitality. This stay added a beautiful chapter to our Pondicherry memories, and we would happily return again

All the rooms and facilities were excellent. What truly stood out was the behaviour of the staff — extremely polite, humble, and always ready to help. A special mention to Narendra and Khushbu, who never says no to anything, big or small.

The ground floor rooms were a bit smelly, but I overlooked it since we also had a first-floor room that was very well maintained with no such issues.

Overall, the people at the hotel were my biggest takeaway. Their warmth made the stay memorable. This review is completely unbiased.

And that swimming pool… wow! It’s huge, crystal clear, and just the perfect spot to chill. Honestly one of the best pools we’ve seen in Pondicherry.

We stayed at Le Miami Resort & Spa in Pondicherry for a short family trip. The booking was done through MakeMyTrip — the process was simple, though MMT continues to disappoint in some aspects.

The resort still feels partly under construction, as many facilities are not yet fully functional. Parking space is adequate, which is a plus. However, the swimming pool is located across the road, separate from the main property. This setup takes away any sense of privacy and convenience. There’s no proper changing or wash facility near the pool, and no staff was present to monitor or assist there. It might be fine for bachelors or groups of friends, but not ideal for families.

We chose one of the standard rooms, priced around ₹4,000 (after offers, about ₹3,000). The room was small but manageable. Basic amenities like toothbrushes or toiletries were missing, which was disappointing at this price point.

The buffet breakfast was decent — simple but good for the price (₹300 per person). They didn’t charge for my child’s breakfast, which was a nice gesture.

There are larger cottages/villas available, but we didn’t try those. There’s also no lift, which could be inconvenient for elderly guests.

The beach is about a 5–7 minute walk from the resort, which is convenient enough, though the beach itself is average.

Overall, it’s a decent stay for the price, especially considering some of the negative experiences we’ve had elsewhere through MMT. With better maintenance and service, it could become a much better place.

Had a great time staying at Le Miami Resort! Staff was extra helpful and made sure the stay is comfortable. They were accommodating when we wanted rooms close to other family members. They offered suggestions on cafes and places to eat and visit! Narendra Kumar Malik and Chandan Das who are member of the staff at Le Miami went above and beyond to make sure our dinner experience was great and comfortable. Food service - breakfast and dinner - was great as well! We will definitely recommend Le Miami if you want a comfortable stay in Pondicherry!!

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The food was excellent – fresh, tasty, and served on time. The breakfast buffet had good variety and everything was hygienic and well-prepared.

The facilities were well-maintained with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and all basic amenities available. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.

Special mention to the staff – Khushbu and Naren were extremely polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attentive service made the stay even better.

Overall, a great experience with good food, clean facilities, and excellent staff support. Highly recommended!

Staff members and security guards are really good and humble. Hospitality is amazing and people are really gentle. They go beyond the limits to keep customers happy.

The staffs are very helpful. The cook Narendra, service boys rohan, das, aakash, sujan, khoosboo are all helpful, but overburdened. The location isnt great, but the rooms are nice. A bit far from the sea. Though there is a direct way to the sea which is closed. If it is kept open that would be great. The food is good & value for money

It was a very pleasant experience to stay at La Miami resort. The villas were complete units by themselves and we had a great time. Service was excellent. Narendra was there, taking care of every request and going above and beyond.
The sea is a ten minute walk away. The beach is nice but swimming is not allowed. The food was excellent.

We had a great stay @Le Miami. Staffs were very helpful and welcoming, particularly Shiva who immediately responded to our requests. Kushbu, Modi and other staffs were good in making our stay memorable. They had a variety of tasty breakfast options. Another attraction - this place is walkable distances to the beach. Overall a great place to be away from city and busy life. Only issue we had is it is bit pricey for the location and the property. Otherwise all good.

We had the happiest experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine care. A special shout-out to Shiva, who welcomed us with the brightest smile even though we reached much earlier than the usual check-in time. He was so thoughtful, especially since we had our little boy with us, and went out of his way to make sure a room was arranged at the earliest.

A big thanks to Mr. Rajesh, who ensured we had priority because of our baby – he even pushed his staff to clean the rooms faster and surprised us with a special ice cream treat. Such thoughtful gestures truly made a difference!

Every single staff member made us feel like family. They always greeted us with a warm smile and continuously checked in to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Special thanks to Elango, Guna, Narendra, Gowtham, and our wonderful Security Uncle, who all went above and beyond their duties.

Had a pleasant stay at Le Miami with family and the food quality was excellent. Except the pest cleaning effect on the room everything was awesome. A loud shout out for Narendra & Team at restaurant, Hannah & team at reception for their wonderful service. Kids engagement activities would have made our stay fulfilled and they are proving essentials such as tooth paste kit upon request (may be an idea to reduce one time usable brush & plastics) . Overall I would rate 4/5 for the experience..

Nice ambience and good one to stay. Located in a very calm location at a walks distance from serenity beach.Calm place Very satisfactory service. Worth for the money.
Food is good and we have a kid and on request they prepared the kids food with less oil and spice. Tasty and prepared with balance for taste and being easy on the stomach.
Staffs are polite and extremely helping, not just the main staff but the supporting staff too especially Khushboo.
Only 1 recommendation if you can have better kids play area so that they can enjoy.

Property is very nice and clean and photogenic. Located in a very calm location at a walks distance from serenity Rooms are clean and equipped with all that you would need.

Food is good. Not an extensive spread but decent menu of most varieties. Tasty and prepared with balance for taste and being easy on the stomach. Good if you have kids or elderly.

Staff is courteous polite and extremely helping, not just the main staff but the supporting staff too.

We were very happy to have chosen this hotel for our stay. The hotel is neat & clean, the rooms quite spacious and it is located very close to a beach, 5 min walk.
The staff were really efficient, friendly and helpful.
I would like to make a special mention of Soumya & Chandan at the the restaurant who took very good care of us. Ganesh, the chef, was excellent and we enjoyed some delicious meals. Naresh of housekeeping was also very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The room was impeccably clean, the pool was well maintained and refreshing, adding to the overall leisure experience. The breakfast food was delicious, with variety of options that satisfied everyone in our family.
A special mention goes to Ms Hena and Ms Chaouba for their exceptional service and smile. Their attentiveness and professionalism made our stay even more memorable.

We stayed with family on 27th Oct night in the villa type stay which had 3 rooms. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and posh. The staffs including the helping boys and security were very polite. Enough parking space is there. Their inhouse dining is little expensive and slow but of good quality. Serenity beach is 400 meters walkable from premise though the beach and the path to beach is not so clean. Reduced one star for poor WiFi and AC issues. WIFi range was on and off. TV cannot be connected directly but from our mobile we have to connect to their WiFi first and then mobile hotspot to be enabled for the TV to connect. This option will not work in all mobiles. Secondly the AC didn't switch on automatically when power goes off and comes back. In the night we stayed there was frequent power disruptions. Though the power came back in few mins the ac did not switch on automatically. Mosquito's are more so it is advisable to carry repellants.

Hotel is clean and posh. Walkable distance to serenity beach, I could spot some fishermen collecting fresh catch from the boats in the morning. Complementary breakfast is excellent but otherwise the food made to order is average. Did not find much seafood options in the menu as expected in a beach resort. Approach road is very narrow and mostly jammed due to the traffic to the beach. I also felt the room could be little more spacious for the price.

Booked Villa from 31st Oct 24 to 3rd Nov 2024. Nice large and spacious rooms with attached Sauna bath facility. Very courteous staff. Delicious food. Wonderful and clean swimming pool. Only thing that could be better is the time taken to prepare the food. But that gets compensated because of the fine taste and aroma of the food that reaches your room/table. Overall very satisfied. The approach road is a bit cramped. But there is ample parking space near the room. The direct approach path to beach is also very dirty. But there is a roundabout road to reach the beach.

We had an exceptional experience at Le Miami Beach Resort, thanks to their outstanding hospitality and delectable food. From the moment we arrived, the staff Soumya went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to our every need.

The culinary experience was truly memorable, head chef Narendra checked on us for every detail, we ordered a variety of dishes, each prepared with care and incredible flavor. The grilled sandwich was perfectly crisp and flavorful, while the chicken burger, served with a side of crunchy chips, was juicy and satisfying. The crispy corn added a delightful crunch and burst of flavor, and the chicken club sandwich was a standout, layered generously with savory fillings.

The beverages complemented our meal beautifully. The filter coffee was rich and aromatic, the juice was fresh and refreshing, and the cold coffee was the perfect blend of smooth and invigorating.

I had recently visited Le Miami resorts in pondicherry and I was pleased with their quality of rooms and the villa which we had taken, very clean rooms n spacious
The staff is very courteous & friendly too, good space for parking cars , but the pool is not too deep, also it's in the parking area which needs some cover up for privacy. The approach road to their resort is very small as two cars can't pass through..
Overall from resorts point of view it's good place to stay.

The resort has spacious and neatly maintained rooms. They have ample car parking. Food is reasonably good but a bit highly priced.
Swimming pool is in the parking area which is slightly unappealing. A wall could be constructed to separate the two areas. Our villa has a terrace but we weren't provided access. Certain amenities like iron box and hair dryer was not available.
Serenity beach is quite accessible through a pathway from the parking but only in daylight.
Overall it was a pleasant stay at a newly opened resort which needs minor upgrades.

I had a chance to visit Pondicherry and opted for Le Miami resort as our stay based on the online reviews. That decision had made the whole vacation more enjoyable and stress-free. The resort is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Also, the other major attraction is the menu they are providing for the complimentary breakfast. Most of the things are tasty and are of good quality.
The location is slightly away from the main attractions like white town, but someone who enjoys peace can choose this place. There are ample parking spaces and the swimming pool is also well maintained.

The ambiance of this resort is top notch and so was the hospitality. The rooms were comfortable with the outdoor sitting being the main attraction. In addition the food was deliciously prepared . The chef ( narendra) exceeded my expectations with all of the dishes which were order .The resort staff (chaoba , soumya , das ,including others) took great care and were extremely resourceful and friendly.
The resort is approximately 300 metres from the nearest beach but the walk till the beach was disappointing, the path was ill kept with an abundance of overgrown trees and collected trash , there isn’t much lighting so it’s safe to say that the path is inaccessible at night .
But overall the experience was worth it and I would definitely visit again.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and professional service. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly . The hotel’s amenities were awesome. The pool was in excellent condition. We particularly enjoyed pool areas. The serenity Beach was at the walkable distance. The location of the hotel is also perfect. The food was also very tasty.

Overall, Le Miami exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and a great location made for a memorable stay. I highly recommend Le Miami to anyone looking for a top-quality hotel experience.

Had an awesome experience with Le miami resorts, this place is exactly as shown in the video and pics. I loved their spacious property because I was searching for some property where my kids can enjoy outdoor as well... The staff is also very helpful and considerate. 10 mins walk from Serenity beach. It's a very well maintained property.

This is One of the best resorts. We have visited as a family. I completely loved their hospitality and the service provided by the staff. Food was also very tasty and delicious .Stay was very pleasant . Coming to the location - Le miami is placed very close to pondy city and It also has a private entrance to the beach that takes just 1min walk from the resort and it's highly secured . Must visit spot.

The place is very nice. 10mints from beach. I didn’t stay here. Stayed at Kadal Hotel but this place is near to Kadal resort. 1mint walking from there. We came here for food and it was really awesome. People are courteous. Narendra, who attended us was very helpful and made the dishes exactly how we needed.. overall good experience

I recently stayed at the Li Miami Resort and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained spaces and luxurious villas that offer all the modern amenities you could ask for. The staff were incredibly hospitable, always ensuring that our needs were met and going above and beyond to make our stay special.

Overall, I highly recommend this Li Miami Resort and the nearby beach to anyone looking for a luxurious and tranquil getaway.

Staff is very supportive, warm and welcoming. Property is near the beach. Only feedback would be to make the property kids safe since there are some places which are slippery and some knobs which are pointed and outside. If these are addressed, it would be an amazing place to stay without any issues. Otherwise as well it is 4.9/5.
Food at the restaurant is very good as well.

Stayed here a few days back. Staff are extremely hospitable and go out it the way to make your stay comfortable. Front office Hena, Prem and chef Narendra need to be appreciated.
Proximity to the beach is a good advantage. Nice rooms and greenery.

Wonderful place to spend some serene time with family and friends… The Villas are tailor made to cater big families to a couple… it’s tucked away in a calm place where it’s silent and no hustle bustle… The rooms were spacious neat clean and comfortable.

Very Friendly staff who were always ready to help you with a smile and had a never to say No attitude… a special mention to Gautham who was always ready to help us anytime we called with a warm smile…

Food was amazing at the restaurant just like home made and the chef always coming in to check if everything was fine and if the guests required anything specific. You could choose to order to your rooms as well and the service was pretty quick…

On the whole had a Wonderful stay at Le Miami would definitely visit again in the near future…

We went to this resort and spa with all our family on 30 th April 2024. We are received by the MD of this resort personally. The whole stay and food all are very Good. There is a swimming pool just opposite the resort. To be specially mentioned before every room a clean water body is well maintained.
The whole staff and the chef are extended there with very good hospitality.

The closest resort to Pondy city that also has a Beachfront. So if you are a surfing enthusiast then this is the place to come.

Great food. Don't miss the baked yoghurt for dessert.

Our stay was amazing and very pleasant. Excellent hospitality, the staff were very polite and courteous and always wearing a smile. Food was tasty and sumptous, the BAKED YOGURT is a MUST TRY.

It was a class apart experience in this wonderful place with aesthetic and spacious villas with mini water body. This is a new property with more landscape and activities coming up, it will surely be a great destination for Pondy vacationers 🙂

Stayed at La Miami resort on 14th April 2024. I stayed with my wife, elderly parents and with my teenage kids.
The villa we stayed in was very comfortable . The food was very tasty and was loving my kids and by my parents.
The private steam room in the villa was quite good. The swimming pool was clean and we had a great time in the pool.
The resort is quite close to Serenity beach(300mtrs away)

We booked our room based on just the Google reviews. I'm glad we did. It was a comfortable stay for me and our big family. Service was top notch. There is still scope of improvement in terms of amenities provided.. but nothing that would interfere with the stay. Highly recommend for big groups of family and friends.
